Key Responsibilities:
- Openness to comply with company grooming & turn out standards. Act responsibly and looks professional during the jump seat as well during layovers.
- Solely responsible for inflight sales, consistently increasing ancillary revenue. As a salesperson you must promote the airline as a brand and present to him/her different options available enhancing customer’s overall experience via Akasa Air Experience being shown.
- This will make sure that service delivery is efficiently organized and consistently delivered by crew to meet and exceed customer expectations. Finesse and presentation take extreme precedence. Offer special services for passengers needing special assistance such as with reduced mobility, the elderly, un-accompanied minors and mothers flying with infants / children.
- Ensure the comfort of the customer to the best of your ability and always take good care of them. You must always be high on enthusiasm and show your dedication for customer care to all.
- Operations – STL Receivers Take a detailed galley handover and make sure that all sales stock, pre-booked meals and other catering uplifts correspond to the catering documents.
- To have a better PR in the cabin, interact positively & proactively with the customers (Be the Brand Ambassador).
- Ensure On-Time Performance is maintained.
- Always be extremely disciplined and follow the cabin crew code of conduct closely while on duty. Make sure to focus on customer safety, security and comfort.
- Responsible for confirming return and proper secured of all company equipment and unused catering supplies. Ensures the cabin, lavatories and galleys are cleansed & organized. Keep an eye on the cabin for the whole flight.
