Key responsibilities for Senior officer

• Supervise the QA function & HSES to deliver agreed performance targets. Understand Machine and product current capabilities and constraints, identify improvement opportunities, develop and apply techniques which improve machine performance effectively without impacting product quality, continually improve operations standard towards world class performance.
• Daily manpower utilization.
• Manage the standard of QA personnel to ensure that selection, induction, development and employee involvement processes are in line objectives.
• To ensure that the workforce is trained and has the necessary skills to meet the job requirements. This would also involve managing the IR at site.
• Ensure full transparency towards the performance of the product realization processes of the site given its constraints and complexities to the business.
• To ensure shop floor participation in all aspects of operation. Ensure full compliance to statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities for Business Manager

• Gather customer needs and requirements in cooperation with Regional and Global organization to help build the customer strategy plans.
• Use reporting tools as CRM, up-dates the key customers’ databases with valid, accurate and complete information (visits reports, action reports, cases, regulatory requests…)
• Deliver periodical progress reports, proactively submit information regarding trends within the market and provide recommendations regarding the improvements in the approach to the market.
• Promote the positive company reputation and develops long-term relations with customers. Hold and defend the values of the company.
• Get familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal behavior / HSE standards and acts in compliance with all their regulations.
• Support SAP MDG & Production environment at Toller and AkzoNobel to manufacture and supply new and existing paints.
• Support roll-out and technology transfer of Customer specific Regional and Global Technology to Toller as required.

Key responsibilities for Officer – Maintenance

• Responsible for process equipment maintenance including critical to process safety like dust collectors, Earthing , pressure vessels, hazardous area pumps , hazardous area equipment, etc
• Carry out the breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance of all process, lab and utilities
• Responsible for Shift handover procedure compliance
• Develop preventive maintenance check list for each equipment including safeties
• Issue the job cards to technicians to perform the task (SAP PM)
• Carryout the daily meeting of technicians
• Carryout fishbone and 5Why analysis of major problems-
• Responsible for doing analysis of critical spares safety stock –
• Identify, communicate and follow up with vendors to provide spares
• Identify the critical spares and ensure the availability of the same
• Record on shift basis the breakdown, history card , planned and unplanned data entry into the system Through SAP PM
• Operate and maintain the utilities like generators, chillers, air compressors, transformers
