Role & Responsibilities for Order Management
- 1–4– Years experience will be able to manage an order placed by customer
- Expertise in two or more ERP platforms used Mativ (Oracle, SAP LN, etc.
- Excellent understanding of O2C (order to cash) — order intake, pricing, freight, customs, invoicing, credit/debit notes
- Proven experience in managing complex, high touch accounts with cross-functional coordination
- Possesses a strong analytical capability to diagnosis order and billing exceptions, find root causes and facilitate resolution
- Competency in written and verbal communication with the skills to handle escalations in a tactful manner
- Salesforce CRM proficiency
- Ability to work with ambiguity & manage multiple competing priorities
Eligibility Criteria
- Related Work Experience: Specialty Papers, Engineered Materials or Converting industry experience
- Understanding of consignment, make-to-order or make-to-hold inventory models
- Operational languages (related to your site/region assignment)
- Prior Experience with Trade Compliance, Export Documentation or Customs hiring
- Has experience participating in SOP writing or projects identified to improve processes
- Clearing billing exception within defined service level agreement (SLA)
- Escalation resolution rate and timeliness
- The accuracy of order processing and same day processing time for high complexity accounts
- Ownership Portfolio– Organize for customer satisfaction and the health of each relationship
- Quality of contribution to peer mentoring and knowledge sharing
