- A good knowledge of client plan provisions and associated documentation.
- Accurately and promptly process all activities related to client benefit plans. Implement Wealth Delivery Processes asper documented Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP)
- Manage work flow efficiently in response to client and participant needs.
- Provides day‑to‑day client operations support; tackles participant and processing issues using defined guidelines; escalates exceptions or risks as required
- Regularly meet and often exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Adherence to already-defined procedures, process norms and compliance
- Engage in daily huddles, status meetings to keep the wheels turning.
Eligibility of a Benefits Operations Administrator (BOA)
- Experience in US Pension / Payroll 401K processing
- Process documentation & SOP creation
