Responsibilities For Analyst Role
- Provide real-time scheduling and support for call flow in a busy environment with multiple clients and business lines.
- Monitor call volume across different queues and respond quickly when there are high call volumes, especially when there are not enough staff or when wait times and call abandon rates are high.
- During low call volumes, manage agent staffing by using methods like adjusting schedules or assigning offline tasks.
- Provide reports every two hours, daily, weekly, and monthly to help management make decisions about staffing and training needs.
- Act as a link between Call Center Operations and IT/Telecom, helping to resolve issues related to call flow, routing, reporting, and system problems by following the established escalation process.
