- Outbound calling to customers on pending Invoices / Payment follow-up.
- Examine accounts receivable aging reports and assess the evidence.
- Local and out station payment collect follow- up on time as per terms.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment inquiries.
- Keep track of calls, promises and collections in detail.
- Work with internal finance and billing teams for issue resolution.
- Send reminders and follow-up emails to customers.
- Please escalate all unresolved or high-risk issues as needed.
- Achieve daily / weekly collection target as per process KPI’s.
