Roles and Responsibilities For Backoffice
- Work with company records in a variety of documents and databases
- Accurately enter, update and verify data in internal systems;
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents.
- Provide administrative assistance to front-office and non-front office functions
- Respond to emails and internal communication.
- Invoice, purchase orders and other financial documents.
- Both hard copy and digital filing systems
- Liaise with vendors, clients and internal departments when necessary.
