Roles and Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative at Avnet
- Call 30-40 customers every day whose credit card payments didn’t go through, explain the problem, and help them pay in another way.
- Make 10-15 follow-up calls to customers who need more time or help to complete their payments.
- Tell customers clearly why their payment failed and guide them on how to fix it.
- Keep track of payments that are still pending and make sure to follow up so they don’t get delayed.
- Work with the finance and sales teams to make sure payment issues are handled smoothly.
- Help customers with any problems they have with failed payments and suggest solutions like trying the payment again or updating their payment details.
- Be polite and understanding to make sure customers have a good experience.
- Keep records of customer calls, payment status, and the steps taken to fix issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports about how many payments were recovered, which payments are still pending, and customer feedback for the team.
