Roles & Responsibilities For Analyst:
- Meet ASA targets while providing the correct and prompt responses.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge and application of health insurance policies, practices and claim processing to afford prompt, accurate assistance to members.
- Experience or Knowledge of AXA Health insurance claims life cycle from Policy Servicing, Underwriting, Pre-authorization, Assessment, Complaints. Provider sourcing etc.,
- This role will require collaboration with internal teams to address complex member issues and is encouraged to escalate cases, as needed, for prompt resolution.
- Supporting live chat and inbound voice calls, you’ll be professional with a capital P and super-caring in every contact.
- Need: Recording member interactions and data for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain a Complaints log where members are unhappy with services.
- Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
