Key Responsibilities for Assistant Finance Manager Roles
- Supporting the Commercial team in identifying opportunities to take price increase and drive margin in annual customer negotiations
- Preparing customer profitability models for new customer acquisition, negotiating better trade terms or opening of a new market location
- Preparing annual commercial plans for review and approval by Regional Director and Finance Manager
- Supporting Regional Finance Manager in quarterly customer credit reviews and evaluations
- Ensuring integrity of price list in the system by reviewing the completeness and correctness
- Work with teams to ensure all pricing and promotion implemented within guidelines or exceptions are approved with Revenue Growth Management team.
- Preparing gross to net and rebate accruals calculations for customers and ensuring accuracy of accrual postings through MJEs during month ends.
- Reviewing adequacy of accrual versus actual monthly invoice bookings and based on the Stock in Hand with customers
Key Responsibilities for Manager Sales Roles
- Develop effective long-term relationships with customers and distributors to be perceived as the company’s leading customer contact within the state
- Deliver on key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share, Collections, Trade receivables)
- Deliver on Pictures of Success targets, ensure completion of surveys while working in partnership with customers / distributor to deliver excellence in execution

- Optimize promotional plans through the year through implementation of the ROI strategy and goals
