Job Description for Operational Finance Analyst:
- Serve as a primary liaison with the digital publishers on all matters pertaining to finances.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for all order handling as well as invoicing concerning matters of a digital nature.
- Register neue orders and invoices within Leading in order management sytems and simultaneously maintain Leading’s software currency.
- Dispositions for the payment centers (Google,FB) cross check with other sources.
- Compile overviews, statistics and other relevant data for monthly meetings with investment consultants and prepare needed reports for discussion.
- Do digital operations check and do the follow up weekly.
Key responsibilities for Operational Finance Analyst:
- Adheres to SOPs and manages documentation while maintaining compliance with audits
- Completes task objectives with strict adherence to processes to ensure zero errors
- Implements changes to Master Data and executes defined cross system and process impacts
- Interacts with stakeholders to capture requirements, manage client expectations, mitigate concerns and review them with their Operations Manager
- Starts and aids in unending process enhancements
- Proactively convey relevant matters to the Operations Manager and offer plans for resolution
- Supports external, internal, and client audits by providing information that is accurate and timely.
