Responsibilities of a Executive at Lupin

• Validating as well as processing the Original & Resubmission of chargeback claims that are received via EDI and Mail from customers.
• Resolution of chargeback disputes in Vistex/SAP from clients. Examine and certify chargebacks errors at the claim level and settle the Chargebacks claims.
• Administer and oversee GPO membership rosters for eligibility.
• Ensure disputes, if any, raised by the customer, are addressed and closed within the stipulated time frame.
• Examination of Customer open deductions, takes action to clear deductions and resolves with the customer if there are problems in claims processing.
• Create, distribute, and update as needed the executive management chargeback status report.
• Work with both Internal and External auditors by supplying relevant information necessary for the audit which is in line with the audit plan and resolve any audit comments raised.

Responsibilities of a Junior Physiotherapist at Lupin

• Follows departmental policies, protocols and procedures relates to set objectives, Quality and Assurance Programs.
• Cooperation within the Multidisciplinary team
• Work within the frame of responsibility of a senior practitioner in physiotherapy assessments, treatments and goal settings for patients.
• Write report and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to plan and review ongoing treatment.
• Provide care to improve patients recovery achieving set goals which results in improved outcomes.
• Take part in daily management of service delivery in physiotherapy with a spinal/neurological caseload.
• Teach patients, their families and the community how to prevent injury and disability and promote a healthy active lifestyle.
• Engage in educational activities, clinical research and evaluate the outcomes to present or publish in national/international meetings or journals.
