Responsibilities of a Executive at Lupin

Validating as well as processing the Original & Resubmission of chargeback claims that are received via EDI and Mail from customers.
Resolution of chargeback disputes in Vistex/SAP from clients. Examine and certify chargebacks errors at the claim level and settle the Chargebacks claims.
Administer and oversee GPO membership rosters for eligibility.
Ensure disputes, if any, raised by the customer, are addressed and closed within the stipulated time frame.
Examination of Customer open deductions, takes action to clear deductions and resolves with the customer if there are problems in claims processing.
Create, distribute, and update as needed the executive management chargeback status report.
Work with both Internal and External auditors by supplying relevant information necessary for the audit which is in line with the audit plan and resolve any audit comments raised.

Assist senior staff with research, analysis, and documenting of findings.
Maintain records and produce reports in accordance with compllance.
