Role & Responsibilities for Voice Process
- Promptly and professionally respond to inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Respond to questions, complaints and service requests as specified by SLA requirements in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about your products, services and policies.
- Document customer interactions within CRM systems in a lucid manner.
- Escalate difficult problems to the appropriate support teams as necessary.
- Good communication skills also allow you to keep customers happy.
- Quantify with AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.

- Adapt to changes in the process, and participate in efforts to make things better all of the time.
