Responsibility for Collection Executive
- Keep detailed records of transactions and pledges to pay.
- Call, email and message customers to make collections on overdue accounts.
- Chase overdue payments and support credit control functions to ensure clients pay on time.
- Clearly define all terms of payment, penalties and types of repayment to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes
- Update CRM or collection management systems with the status of collection
- •Meet collection goals set by the month while remaining compliant
- Refer highly complex, high-risk cases to senior collection officer level
- Comply with policies and laws relative to the debt collections industry during recovery
- Develop and maintain professional customer relationships
