Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and address problems of unpaid or denied claims.
- Make follow-ups on medical claims to the insurance companies, patients and healthcare providers.
- Make sure that claims are paid in time by appealing denials and rectifying any mistakes.
- Check and examine insurance remittance advice to achieve proper reimbursement.
- Work with the in-house departments to correct billing discrepancies and coding.
- Keep proper records of all communications and actions made.
- Give outstanding customer care through responsiveness in queries and worries.
- Keep abreast of the insurance regulations and trends in the industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should be a graduate in any field in a known university.
- At least 1-3 years AR calling experience or healthcare RCM experience.
- English (verbal and written) communication skills are compulsory.
- Experience in US healthcare system, insurance claims, and denial management.
- Skill to make outbound calls confidently and professionally.
