1. Assist in executing financial analysis and valuation modeling requests, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards.
2. Review tenant leases for preparing lease abstracts across different property types (i.e. Industrial, Office, and Retail), extracting pertinent details for supporting the creation of the Argus cash flow model.
3. Prepare Argus Enterprise models using the tenant lease documents, rent roll, budget, financials, recovery schedule, and client-provided assumptions, identifying any relevant due diligence needs to complete a thorough analysis.
4. Audit existing financial models for accuracy of inputs and validity of assumptions and collaborate with the onshore team to finalize assumptions.
5. Perform market research to analyze property and market conditions, and present findings clearly and concisely.
