Roles & Responsibilities For People Operations Intern
- Support the end-to-end pre-onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintain accurate people records and data, including personnel files, attendance records, and HRIS updates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of people policies, procedures and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support in internal communications and maintaining compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities For Team Lead
- Maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services offered by Dezerv
- Ensure Compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and organization’s guidelines
- Manage a 15 member team
- Responsible for the delivery of sales targets for the team
- Training the team on products and markets
- Hand holding and resolving all operation related work for the team
- Manage and build team cadence toward daily SOPs.
