Key Responsibilities for Analyst at EY

• Deep dive analysis of financial statements and related schedules
• Financial statements are prepared based on information provided, and the financial and operational results of target organizations are analyzed using accounting information and interviews with target management.
• Prepare a summary of the findings of the aforementioned study.
• Identify and communicate important deal concerns that effect the acquisition price or deal structure.
• Execute diligence engagements, working closely with engagement managers, senior managers, and partners.
• Working as part of a team to guarantee that the project component is delivered with quality and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities for Intern – Global Mobility at EY

• Validation of immigration-related documentation using the checklist.
• Intern to follow up with employees / spocs regarding document submission and cost estimating approvals.
• Update the Trackers for the Mobility team to keep the real-time status.
• Upload pre-trip checklists to the Service Now tool. Assist staff with travel logistics once Visa is approved.
