Monitor Developer’s Scope of Work for the site as per standards and specification
Project resource planning and management through the appointed PMC or hired resources
Reviewing the material requirement with all stakeholders for setting up and Launching the facility and tracking till receipt and implementation.
Work with Procurement team to evaluate and finalize vendors for the projects
Progress monitoring and Execution management of onsite activities
Tracking and ensuring quality of work by the Developer
Ensure budget adherence and safe execution at site – with no budget overruns and with a targeted Zero LTI
Ensure a snag-free handover to Facilities and Central Maintenance Team
Preparation of weekly progress reviews and reports with status updates.
Role and responsibilities of an Manager
Support the creation, implementation and evolution of testing & monitoring frameworks to detect potential Antitrust and Competition law violations.
Perform ongoing examinations and reviews as they relate to an established schedule for testing, make recommendations for improvement, and provide findings on the results to senior management.
Conduct in-depth testing and evaluation of current antitrust compliance controls to ascertain if they are working as designed and adequately mitigating risk.
Monitor success of mitigation measures taken as a result of compliance testing and assessments.
Assist with designing and implementing testing for internal controls to mitigate antitrust risks, such as reviewing policies/procedures and business operations.
Organize test history, findings and resolutions in proper documentation; follow company procedures and compliance standards.
