Job Responsibilities for Telecom Order Management :

• Validate the technical and site details.
• Check and confirm the details of the pre-order received. If more information is required, the MAC (Move, Add, Change) team will send the pre-order back to the Client Sales team for further clarification.
• Customer name and contact details for both technical and site teams, along with site readiness.
• Collect necessary data and verify the order with the customer, which includes:
• Ordered products, product intervals, and the required customer delivery date.
• Review the communication plan for the order status.
• Scrub and verify the CSR to ensure the numbers on the pre-order match those on the CSR.
• Retrieve the CSR (Customer Service Record) for porting requests submitted through the client order-to-cash platform.
• Reserve the correct telephone numbers.
• Ensure that all required documentation and customer information provided by Sales, Solution Architect, Global Client Services, and the Customer is complete.

Job Responsibilities for Graduate Trainee :

• Client software and network problems are fixed.
• Customer issues and complaints are found and solved.
• Users are sometimes taught how to use systems, or training materials are created.
• Ongoing training and learning new things are participated in with the team.
• Regular maintenance updates are done with other IT staff and teams.
• Required documents, like standards and diagrams, are shared.
• Others are taught about how EUC (End-User Computing) works.
• User, privileged, and supplier access (governance) is reviewed.
