Role and Responsibilities for Relationship Manager:
- *Offer services to NoBroker existing customers. Build relationships, identify solutions, then close the sale.
- Use lead generation and secondary data to make outbound callsDo
- Continuously reach out to both potential and current leads.
- Deliver services according to company standards and ensure quality.
- But be energetic and articulate, but above all stay focused on closing deals to generate revenue.
- Qualifications / Education and Requirements:
- Education: Graduation or Post graduation (MBA, BBA, B.Tech, B.A. etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keep 4 hours daily of talking time.
- Languages: English & Hindi or Kannada (compulsory); Tamil/Telugu (optional).
- Responsible for preparation of quotes and price offers.
- Able to work a 9-hour shift as per the timings between 10 AM – 7 PM.
- Used to working 6 days a week with one weekday off.
