- Delivering telecommunications goods and services by making outbound calls to residential wireline and wireless clients, both new and current.
- Establishing a rapport with customers by learning about their requirements, sharing their stories, and suggesting products they are happy with.
- By listening, comprehending, questioning, and suggesting, the solution-based selling technique overcomes client objections.

Roles & Responsibilities For Resource Planner
- An analyst of capacity planning and forecasting generates both short-term and long-term
- plans for seat and frontline agent resources. The analyst serves as the main
- WFM’s client-facing representative, who coordinates preparation for activities funded in

- The analyst will measure the amount of productive resources needed, beginning with the
- stage of bidding until an account’s demise.
