Role Overview:

Role and Responsibilities For SFMC Campaign Specialist

• You will be responsible for creating, updating, and cleaning up Vendor Master records.
• Identifying and resolving duplicate entries for Vendor Master Maintenance Invoices will be part of your job.
• Handling urgent or overdue invoices will be a priority to keep things moving smoothly.
• You’ll be involved in recording both Purchase Order-based and Non-Purchase Order-based invoices.
• Coordination with different teams will be key, from getting the right coding and approvals to resolving any issues with blocked invoices. You’ll also ensure that payment and expense entries are posted accurately in the accounting system.
• Handling both manual and automatic payment requests will be part of your role.
