Roles & Responsibilities – Customer Support
- Handle incoming phone questions, email and/or chat customer questions.
- Answer any questions or concerns of customers.
- Provide correct information on products/services.
- Deal with customers in a courteous and timely manner to resolve customer issues
- Take notes of customer information and input into systems.
- Implement company procedures when dealing with customers.
- Raise a complex issue to the appropriate team as necessary.
