Role & Responsibilities of an International Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries through telephone, email, online chat or ticketing system
• One-stop procurement for international customers with prompt and accurate quotation
• Analyze customer needs and sell appropriate products to provide the optimal solution
• Address complaints, resolve issues and service requests in a professional manner
• Ability to mediate to escalation issues to relevant internal teams if necessary
• Able to communicate with clients who are from varied cultural and language background
• Follow up post resolution for satisfaction and closure
• Be polite, professional and sympathetic throughout the conversation.
• Adjust the way we communicate as per regional and customer expectation
