Role & Responsibilities for Trainee, Accounts Payable
- Daily processing of invoices on All Region countries.
- Skills in email box management to assist helpdesk queries.
- Knowledge of AP process and 3-way matching of invoices to PO lines.
- Deal with invoices in a different currency and understand the various tax concepts for different countries.
- Partner closely with Business Partners/ Requestors to clear invoices on hold or discrepancies related to Invoice payment.
- Achieve internal set performance targets on Quality and Productivity.
- Deliver great customer service to our business partners and vendors
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
