Roles & Responsibilities For Control Centre Associate

• Create HAWBs in Maestro for OSPs on demand
• Facilitate all APAC branches to the hose associated Post flight checks 1 times a day.
• Performs all aspects of monitoring Email transactions worldwide, to facilitate seamless shipment flow in between Marken’s branches and helping connecting the dots within the Marken network.
• Get a live status of your shipments moving around the globe keeping holiday timings in mind & track associated milestones viz, Collection (POB), Departure/Arrivals, Customs Clearance, Delivery (POD) etc. (As per requirement might changed) to give you additional safety net.
• Pre alerts of APAC region on Maestro to be acknowledged by branches and OSPs
• Leverage detailed insights to track High Value shipments globally and ensure compliance with the agreed TATs. Conducting deep tracking of all High-Value Shipments & co-ordinate with Marken stake holders for real-time updates.
• Detect deviations / delays in the high value Sections Shipments movements.
• Monitor missing shipments inside Marken network
• Monthly Reporting for APAC OSPs (Outsourced Service Providers).
• Expire &Required: Dry ice replenishment report.
• Daily report run to determine how effective was the Tracking devices for Key Clients.
