- Manage the inbound and/or outbound calls from overseas customers (US/UK/AU markets).
- Aggressive handling of Customer Complaints/Quries/issues on Tech.
- Furnish accurate information on products, services, availability, telemarketing times and costs.
- Keep the CSATs high with professional correspondence.
- Track calls and customers in CRM.
- Adhere to call scripts, data protection acts and quality standards.
- Meet call daily/weekly adherence measure targets, AHT and performance requirements.
