Roles & Responsibilities For Team Leader – Non Voice Process:
- Oversee and supervise a non-voice ops (chat/email/back-office/data processing) team
- Distributing WORK among team members and ensuring scheduled tasks are done on time
- Conduct performance tracking and ensure targets (SLA, TAT, quality) are met by the team
- Perform routine quality checks on the processed work to ensure that standards of accuracy are maintained
- Train, coach and give continuous feedback to the team members
- Managing escalations and complicated cases that involve senior help
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Performance reports preparation and publishing to management
- Compliance with the policies processes and guidelines of the company
- Motivate the team to boost productivity and decrease errors
- Analyze process gaps and proactive recommendations to improve the efficiency of them
Eligibility Criteria
- Thoroughly knowledgeable on KPI / SLA management and process quality standards
- Excellent communication (written English is critical for non-voice positions)
- Good to have — working knowledge on MS Excel, reporting tools and workflow management system
- Effective Leadership skills and Team Managementskills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to work in shifts (including night shift if required).
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
