Roles & Responsibilities For Junior Analyst – Accounts Payable
- Team size of 8-10 members; Reports to a Team Leader / Senior Analyst
- Handling diverse forms of accounts payable transactions such as vendor invoices & credit notes in an accurate manner and within the stipulated TAT
- Begin payment processing and monitor duplicate payment and process controls while ensuring timely invoice payments
- For setups which do not have system mandates in place, each transaction must be mandated and approved by appropriate approvers
- Resolves via phone or email any matching, coding, funding, approval etc. related issues in conjunction with Site managers, Surveyors, Suppliers and other finance functions
- Perform Supplier reconciliation as per calendar-based frequency or on-demand as per process accurately within defined TAT
- Display process ownership. Ensure timely payment to suppliers by regularly following up with all the stakeholders
- Deliver comprehensive RICS & ISAE compliance. No exceptions allowed
Skills Required For Junior Analyst – Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of Real estate environment and accounting would be an advantage
- Candidate must be flexible and willing to provide coverage across systems and processes covering all of Account Payables
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, prioritise and manage workload in order to meet the needs of clients
