The Account Receivable Analyst is responsible for addressing inquiries related to cash applications and facilitating communication with stake holders
This role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying cash & unapplied cash, Validation of Non AR’s in cash application, and posting the Payments in to respective GL Account
Review and Apply payments with their corresponding invoice numbers for respective clients.
Perform Cash Reconciliations with Bank accounts and follow up for missing remittances
Accurate tracking of all the payments received from Bank Account
Prepare refund Transaction with accuracy and supply to clients
Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies sarbanes-Oxley(SOX) requirements and Business Operations(BSO)procedure
Delivery of process requirements to achieve key performance targets (KPI)
