Identification and evaluation of suitable materials for the development processes and sourcing as required for NPD initiations
Assist in recipe optimisation for cost and continual product improvements
Train and provide technical supports to junior staff and marketing teams
Oversee laboratory testing, and interpret test results and prepare in-depth reports.
Record and keep all aspects of the R&D procedure from concept to commercial roll-out
Develop testing methods for raw materials and end products

Roles & Responsibilities For Assistant Manager
Ensure through regular rounds/ proper liasioning with workmen & staff that safe work practices are followed.
Recommend and advise the Management through his sound knowledge the impacts of various environment pollution parameters and suggest ways & means of controlling the same as per laid down regulations.
To keep regular contact with Corporate Safety regarding training needs of the unit & required emphasis to be given to this area.
Ensure that proper records as per the guidelines of Corporate Safety are maintained. To liaise with various departments and ensure this is strictly followed.
Ensure formal reports/reviews of action plans of EHS audit and regular follow up also on Internal audits.
Plan and ensure that EHS Committee Meetings (Central as well as Departmental) are held regularly.
