Responsibilities of Executive – Accounts at Lionbridge
- Receiving, coding, and entering worldwide vendors’ PO and non-PO invoices in a multicurrency context.
- Monitor and control the aged payables ledger (Ageing Reports).
- Reconciling vendor statements to the accounts payable ledger on an ongoing basis.
- Knowledge of Ledger and GL inspection.
- Reviewing, coding, and authorizing global employee expenses in SAP.
- Ensure that the corporate expenditure approval policy is followed, and acquire appropriate approval as needed.
- Assisting with various sections of the finance department as needed.
