Roles & Responsibilities For Associate, Accounts Receivable
- Call, and email, meet with customers whose accounts have fallen into delinquency position and maintain regular follow up activities on collection activity.
- Response to dunning notice replies from clients
- Attain or surpass personal standard of achieving the minimum cash goal as defined on a monthly and quarterly basis
- when necessaryrequire purchase orders from customers
- Investigate invoice disputes through review and comprehension of contracts and order forms pertaining to the sales
- Collaborate with customers to obtain PO funding for cost invoices
- Pull receipts for T&E Invoices
- Utilize salesforce. com direct to get copy for invoices
- Escalate sales to Sales Management and AR Manager as appropriate and advise on accounts for bad debt/revenue reserve
- Respond to general AR needs, such as providing copies of invoices, W9, and new customer vendor forms and other typical customer requests.
- Help with the documentation of policies and procedures for assigned responsibilities
