Key responsibilities for Graduate Trainee
- Delivers a support service, which is an administration service, to the team of the Managed Services Client Service Desk.
- Offers administrative support at the entry level as demanded by the team.
- Make sure that the appropriate escalation process is used when responding to all critical calls and requests.
- May may be charged with the responsibility of receiving, validating and recording client requests, and capturing the particularity of client request.
- Helps to analyze and interpret the requests to the category of escalation to make sure it is categorized and prioritized properly.
- Secures that all the documents formulated in regard to the tickets / requests are kept including the details of the client.
- Carries out any other related task where necessary.
