Responsibilities for Field Supervisor Service

• Liaision among the Area Executives, employees and customers.
• At reporting place of examiners be present to take feedback of previous day and prepare schedule on daily basis.
• Conduct yearly equipment inspection.
• Establish a plan to repair timeline as a preventive measure.
• Other than prescribed work is estimated.
• Before assuming new construction and modernization job, do NIS.
• Carry out tool box talk among employees.
• Create awareness among the employees concerning safe work practices.
• Fatality Preventive Audits/ Tool Box Demonstration.
• Prepare quarterly review report.
• Track the ways of decreasing call backs. More so on top ten calls received.
• Allocation of manpower on a day to day basis based on received call backs.
• Check or recheck to check on progress of work. / Random Check for Quality.
• Compliance to policy and practices on EH&S.

Responsibilities for Executive Modernization Sales

• Act as key point of contact with regard to the timely customer need resolution around inquiries.
• Supervise a portfolio of elevator units by ensuring that there is good working relationship with the existing customers.
• Build-on modernization sales: develop sales based on networking, bids and tenders.
• Establish a plan of your own sales strategy to meet sales targets which will be profitable.
• Negotiate sales and seal deals and make sure they are paid on time.
• Monitor the sales opportunities, pipeline and sales outcomes using the sales tools of Otis.
• Co-work with other group members, such as other salespeople and field associates.
