Job Description For Customer Service Executive
- Take incoming and make outgoing customer telephone calls, emails, or chat inquiries in a professional manner
- Handles customer inqueries and supply correct information on items or services
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries within the established time frame
- Always have a friendly, courteous and customer service-oriented manner
- Update client information and their relevant interaction records in the system
- Adhere to policies and procedures, follow guidelines and quality standards
