- Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and support to end-users, both remotely and on-site, for Windows operating systems and related software. Troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and guiding users through solutions.
- Incident Management: Responding to and managing incidents reported by users, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime. Documenting and tracking incidents, following established procedures and service level agreements.
- System Administration: Administering and maintaining Windows-based systems, including user account management, security configurations, and system updates. Ensuring systems are running efficiently and securely.
- Patch Management: Managing and applying software patches and updates to Windows systems to address vulnerabilities and improve system performance. Following best practices for patching and adhering to security guidelines.
