- Platform Administration & Optimization
- The ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Security Operations, is configured and maintained.
- System updates, patches, and releases are handled to ensure business continuity.
- Workflows, rules, scripts, and schedules are created and improved for better performance.
- Governance & Compliance
- Governance rules, access controls, and data protection measures are applied.
- IT security standards and ServiceNow policies are followed.
- Collaboration & Support

Requirements
- I have more than 2 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- I understand how ServiceNow works and can set it up and manage it well.
- I know how to use important ServiceNow tools like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- I’m good at writing code using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and other ServiceNow scripts like business rules and client scripts.
- I have some experience connecting ServiceNow with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Having an ITIL Foundation certificate is a plus for me.
- I’m working towards or already have the ServiceNow Administrator certificate.
- I enjoy solving problems and always pay close attention to details.
- I take action to find problems early and fix them in a smart way.
- I speak clearly and honestly with others and help users when they need support.
- I like working with people from different countries and cultures, and I adjust my work to meet different business needs.
