Key Responsibilities
- Support Payroll Country Owners (PCOs) by learning about each country’s payroll requirements or client reporting needs, and then use Strada Pay’s low code/no code system to configure the solutions with Strada Pay Excel workbooks.
- Gain a strong understanding of Strada’s IP solution both technically and from a business perspective.
- Identify and fix any payroll system issues or errors.
- Test payroll configurations and updates to make sure they are correct.
- Follow Strada Pay’s best practices and standards to ensure consistency across different countries.
- Ensure that work is tracked and managed properly according to Strada’s SDLC and DevOps processes.
- Work with other teams to understand complex requirements, gaps, or issues and improve the Strada Pay system.
- Manage and report any risks or issues that might affect the country localization delivery plan.
- Provide guidance and support to PCOs and business stakeholders regarding Strada Cloud Pay solutions and capabilities.
- Create documentation and guides for Strada Pay system features.
