Job description

• Manage all staff on boarding / off boarding issues such as orientation of staff.
• Keeping employee databases and supplying data to process payroll.
• Help in hiring, collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions, Job Postings,CV reviews, shortlisting and organizing interviews.
• Keeping personnel files and following company policies.
• Organizing the office and planning of the administration.
• Responding to any queries that the employees may have about the policies, benefits, or grievances.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any degree preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication in all 3 languages English, Tamil & Hindi.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in a BPO Sector.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications particularly Word and Excel.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, independent and result oriented.
