Roles and Responsibilities for Non Voice Process
- To Drive data metrics for team performance on core parameters like AHT, CSAT, etc.
- Attend live calls and play back recorded responses to assess how your agents are performing as well their communication quality.
- Achieve daily targets, Turnaround Time (TAT) and overall operations delivery – need to keep in pace with client agreement.
- Own real time floor metrics like agent logins, aux time & schedule adherence.
- The work this team does is spearheading the efforts to field all key customer escalations and dealing directly with challenging client situations.
- Maintain control over team shrinkage and schedule roster coverage to ensure appropriate floor coverage.
- Monitor agent attrition and coach agents on how to progress their careers while keeping them motivated.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Post graduate degree or equivalent qualification
- 1 – 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Domestic BPO Voice Process.
- Knowledge of dialer processes, basic CRM tools and general QA standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi (mandatory)
- Exceptional skills in people management, conflict resolution and motivation.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts or under stressful situations on the floor.
