Job description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi.
- Must tell the truth, meaning products services or processes.
- You can sustain a courteous language with clients.
- Pre-built configuration – Call long time customers to log in Entry.
- Follow company protocols, quality standards and compliance
- Refer any unresolved issues to the higher authorities.
- Improve daily key performance indicators (KPIs) like call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rate.
- Keep track of team members issues and managers
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Qualification preferably a graduate
- Must be fluent in Hindi (Mandatory), English & Tamil
- Freshers / 6 months – 1 year experience in Voice Process
- Should be passionate about Sales, Customer Service & interaction with Customers.
- Flexible to work in rotational day shift (6 Days ) with rotational week off.
