Responsibilities For Order Management Specialist
- This role requires assisting with order processing within the CRM system, training salespeople on the gatekeeper checklist, sharing relevant insights, and supervising pertinent tasks related to Purchase Order management and tracking to facilitate revenue generation at an optimum speed.
- This involves appraising and endorsing a set of opportunities to ensure they are correct and logically perceive of the finance team handoff, soliciting for client creation or modification, performing block/unblock state changes, and handling requests for material codes.
- You will support audit processes in the quoting, ordering, and invoicing cycles in the audit workflows as well as test how well the CRM and finance systems interface. Moreover, you will participate in training sessions to ensure that salespeople become more effective in their roles.
- You will collaborate with the finance and sales departments to address questions concerning orders, ensuring adherence to company processes for order placement, processing, as well as compliance with revenue recognition and accounting principles.
