responsibilities for Digital Communications and Change Senior Analyst

• Deliver communications services for all activities and assigned projects to the highest standard
• Provide dynamic communication assets, leveraging all appropriate media to deliver best-in-class communications

Responsibilities for Assistant Manager

• Playing a part in building the Medium Range Plan (MRP), putting together the Mid-Year Commitment, updating the Latest Business Estimates, and shaping the Long-Range Forecast might sound like a mouthful. But, at its core, it means helping the company map out where we want to go financially over the next few years.
• To make those big plans work, we also need reports that hit your inbox on time and don’t leave you asking more questions than they answer. That’s why I focus on creating clear, on-schedule financial reports. These include variance analyses that show where we strayed from the budget, margin reviews that break down product profitability, an Average Selling Price (ASP) review, mix analysis to see how different products stack up against each other, Opex management to keep operating expenses in check, and overall profitability assessments that pull each piece together.
• Numbers are only useful if they tell a story, so I also build key performance indicators, or KPIs, that translate raw data into action. With these metrics, the team can quickly gauge how the business is really doing and decide what steps we need to take next.
