Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is Hiring for its Business Process Services (BPS) hiring initiative for the 2026 batch focusing on the Arts and Commerce stream. It is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing divisions of TCS at an entry level. Eligible candidates should be full time graduates (3 year etc.) in B.Graduating in 2026 in Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, or BMS. Applicants should be between 18 years to 28 years of age and have NO ACTIVE BACKLOG at the time of applying, it must be cleared before the joining. There is a maximum of 24 months of academic gap acceptable with proper documentation. The recruitment procedure consists of registration on TCS NextStep Portal, an in-centre written test comprising of verbal ability, numerical ability, and logical reasoning, in-person selection process, and document verification. Candidates are required to work 24 hours round the clock.

Key Responsibilities for TCS Off-Campus Drive

  • Answering questions or requests over the phone, e-mail or chat
  • Entry, processing and validation processes of the administration
  • Verifying that directives issued by parties from both the company and client sides are followed
  • Back office – payroll, billing software, or team of finance lovers
  • SLA Tracking and TAT Maintenance.
