- 5 Days Working (Rotational Weekly Off)
- 24/7 shifts (Night shifts)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer and technical support
- AD: Knowledge on – Active Directory, Proxy, DNS, Group Policy. Network: Knowledge on -LAN setup, basic routing and switching, passive networking.
- Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries
- Windows & Smartphones: Windows operating system knowledge (e.g. Windows 7, 8.1, 10, 11), Windows smartphone and telecommunication knowledge. COTS (standard SW, standard HW)
- 0365: Understanding of Microsoft Office (e.g. Office 365)
- Relevant experience in International Voice Process
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Should be comfortable working for Night shifts & Voice process
