Key Responsibilities for International Voice Process:
- Understands and resolves customer issues appropriately via voice
- Assist incoming calls from international customers
- Provide outstanding service by providing a clear and professional communication
- Should have exposure to rotational night shifts (5 days a week) and two rotational Offs.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, interface effectively with various stakeholders within the company to guarantee first-call resolution and end user satisfaction.
- Education- HSC, Under Graduate and Post graduate
- Experience: Candidates should have 0 to 1 year of experience in this field.
- Ease of working in the night shifts(UK timing)
- Strong command of the English language (spoken for voice, written for chat)
