Role & Responsibilities for International Voice Process Executive

• Handling inbound & outbound calls of international customers with great professionalism.
• Be trained in the customer question and provide timely solutions.
• Handle customer grievances and provide solutions while retaining the thread of customer experience.
• Be clear about products, services, process and policies
• Keep records updated by recording reports and updates of customer interactions.
• Abide by company procedures and quality assurance standards, as well as follow communication protocols.
• Pass on the escalations of complex or still-unresolved issues to the right team.
• Communication, listening and problem solving are appropriate.
• Meet (at a minimum) performance, quality and customer service goals assigned to you.
• Always communicate with your customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers to 4 years of Experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication and with good Australian accent.
• Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good in Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).

• Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts in Australian Business timing.
