Roles & Responsibilities for Content Moderation
- Works with data to derive and develop mapping solutions for Android target platforms.
- Work in conjunction with multi-functional teams to ensure that the mapping matches the project’s needs.
- Design, deploy and optimize mapping techniques for better productivity.
- While you are mapping, ensure the data is not being degraded or altered.
- Produce reports and documentation for mapping projects.
- Conduct annual review and updates of current map systems.
- Diagnose and fix mapping and data integration problems.
- Keep pace with industry trends to learn and develop new/more effective mapping methods and tools.
- Work closely with clients to collect and interpret mapping needs.
Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Support
- Provide support to manufacturing, commissioning and field service personnel as required.
- Provide troubleshooting to solve the customer problems via Call, Chat and Email
- Remote Access Session (RAS) as needed via Chat and Phone
- Took 25 to 30 calls a day. (AHT 6-9 mins)
- Email and phone follow-ups on cases
- New knowledge base Article creation for managed tickets.
- Own Lean and Transformation projects – both, identifying & training for LEan Projects.
