1.Responsibilities for Banking Non-Voice & Voice

Voice:

  1. Respond to client requests and concerns.
  2. Provide support for data collection so that the end user can recover their account.
  3. Maintain a thorough awareness of the client procedure and policies.
  4. Replicate customer issues and escalate product bugs.
  5. Offer exceptional customer service to our consumers.
  6. It is your responsibility to demonstrate critical thinking and analyzing skills.

Non-voice:

  1. Comprehend complex information and data sets.
  2. Deliver work with accuracy and productivity.
  3. Communicate with the onshore team to resolve pending information.

  5. Maintain high levels of accuracy while performing work.

2. Responsibilities for Customer Service Voice

  1. Process transactions and make calls to the insured, provider, or facility in accordance with normal procedures and SOP.
  2. Follow precise rules to prioritize transactions and meet SLAs.
  3. Plan and prioritize tasks to achieve objectives.
  4. Understanding and responding to client inquiries.
  5. Identify, research, and address problems.
  6. Assist with team duties as needed. Accurately evaluate and synthesize information from several sources and systems.
  7. Ensure that the turnaround time and quality of work fulfill the company’s service criteria.
  8. Maintain supportive and professional communication with onshore/offshore customers via email and phone calls.
  9. Manage work in progress and support team efforts to achieve individual and team goals.
