Customer Care Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customers through telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Give customers accurate information regarding products and services and the company policies.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues of customers satisfactorily.
- Keep a positive attitude towards customers, and always be patient and empathic.
- Document all customers’ details, and update the information of customers in the CRM.
